The Cartersville Downtown Development Authority invites qualified and experienced firms and individuals to submit proposals for the completion of an updated downtown master plan. An original and four (4) copies of the proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Downtown Master Plan.” All proposals must be delivered to the Cartersville Downtown Development Authority Attn: Lillie Read, Executive Director, 1 Friendship Plaza, Cartersville, GA 30120 no later than 3:00pm on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Delivery in-person may only be done Tuesday-Friday from 10am-4pm.
